Moving Swiftly To Safeguard Our Workforce & Customers
In early March, InterFlex’s leadership teams in the US and UK moved quickly to implement stringent policies and procedures to protect employees, reduce movement and provide a safe, sanitized work environment for staff. All while minimizing disruption to customers and ensuring the supply of safe and sanitary packaging materials.
Management took early action to revise work and cleaning schedules, modify facilities and establish increased communication protocols and guidelines for personnel wellbeing. All staff able to work from home were instructed to do so and additional IT investments were made to support those efforts. All staff continues on 100% salary and additional compensation offered to employees to cover overtime and holiday work needs.
All locations are also now adhering to the recently updated COVID-19 guidelines and procedures of their respective governments.
